A VTuber, or virtual YouTuber, is a content creator who uses a digital, often anime-style avatar created by artists to represent them, rather than showing their own face on camera. Utilizing motion-capture technology, these avatars, which can be 2D or 3D, move in real-time with the creator on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.

We accommodate for adjacent interests such as IRL content creators, gaming and anime within our event too!

At VeXpo we play host to a whole range of things from multiple concerts, interactive & informative panels, to meet & greets, and an amazing artists and exhibitors from all around the world!

Even if you’re not a vtuber fan, there’s definitely something here for you to do and enjoy!

Whilst VeXpo is open to all ages, please note that some programming, panels, vendors, or exhibit areas may contain mature themes or content not suitable for children. These areas will be clearly marked and may require age verification (ID check or wristband) for entry.

We encourage parents and guardians to accompany younger attendees and to review the event schedule and map in advance. Thank you for helping us create a fun, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone!

Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Kids under 13 enter for free however you must select a ticket for them on the concat website.

VTubing was founded from the hardwork of human artists, designers and creatives. AI-assisted or generated work is strictly prohibited.

If you see something that you suspect is AI generated, please notify a member of staff and we will investigate.

VeXpo was founded in 2023, it all started when the founder was with a group of friends discussing how there were so little VTuber events in Europe.

In 2023 we went from a team of 5 to a team of over 20 passionate volunteers! Our goal is to continue to make VeXpo a place where fans can come together and celebrate their oshis and hobbies in a safe and fun environment!

As it has been highly requested that we expand into a 3 day event, we’ve decided to fulfil this request by making Friday a day that is focused on the community.

Only one half of the convention will be open on Friday, with the majority of the activities being focused on things the community can do together or take part in.

We will also have performances from some of your favourite figures in the VTubing & adjacent communities!
